Available Positions:

1. Electrical Machinery Engineer

The candidate will be responsible for:

    • Setup and troubleshoot tube working machinery
    • Develop and edit programs in RSLogix to replace old relay programs
    • Develop and edit HMI Screens
    • Manage files from past projects
    • Set up VFDs and Servo Systems

Preferred skills and experience:

    • Working experience with machine control concepts and PLCs
    • Basic understanding of mechanical concepts
    • Electrical logic concepts
    • “Willing to learn” attitude
    • Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Capability of using a Windows based PC and Microsoft Office applications 

2. Industrial Machinery Technician  

The candidate will be responsible for:

    • Setup and troubleshoot tube working machinery
    • Operate secondary tools (drilling and sawing) as needed
    • Should be able to work according to blue prints, work orders and verbal instructions
    • Machine maintenance

Preferred skills and experience:

    • Basic understanding of electrical concepts including motors and relays
    • Basic understanding of mechanical concepts
    • CNC
    • “Willing to learn” attitude
    • Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Driver’s license preferred

 

3. Forklift Operator/Millwright

We are looking for a forklift operator to move heavy machinery around our facilities. The candidate will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. The job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities, indoors and outdoors. The candidate must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that the machines will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.

The candidate will be responsible for:

    • Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from warehouse areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or storage facilities
    • Identify and report faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to Supervisor immediately
    • Load and unload heavy machinery from trailers using forklift trucks and other material handling equipment
    • Sort, pack, wrap and label products as per company procedures
    • Move and load hazardous wastes under direction of supervisor
    • Clean work area and equipment regularly by removing empty pallets, wood and plastic
    • Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work atmosphere
    • Maintain forklift equipment by troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, recommending repairs and performing routine pre and post inspections
    • Maintain material handling equipment by recharging, cleaning, oiling, refueling and other necessary actions, and record all information on log sheet
    • Study production schedule to determine material requirements, movements and deliveries
    • Record information regarding movements of supplies, materials and finished products

Preferred skills and experience:

    • Regularly sitting on a powered industrial truck
    • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time
    • Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights
    • Ability to work in varying temperatures, indoors and outdoors, depending upon season
