Available Positions:
Administrative Assistant to Sales – (no travel required)
The candidate will be responsibile for:
- Maintaining contact with customers, ensuring all sales documents and agreements are completed
- Update customers database as needed in Sales Force
- Report order and inventory issues
- Files and retrieves sales records and correspondence as required.
- Schedule appointments and assist with incoming calls. Schedule appointments and office meetings
- Organize and maintain sales proposals on all inventory
- Assist sales managers with entering information into Sage and Sales Force; ensure accuracy and timeliness of inputs
- Assist with sales, conversion, and up-sell campaigns; manage email distributions and participate in phone campaigns
- Prepares sales proposals
- Assist with customer visits
- Process bulk mail as needed
- Provide direct support to customers/business partners
- Process sales orders and agreements for contract entry into operating system
- Conduct audits and review paperwork included in a sale
- Set up and maintain detail of contracts
- Assist with correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Provide data and reports to help the sales team
- Maintain an extensive filing system for correspondence, business matters, and other related data
- Operate standard office equipment efficiently including computer, printer, and photocopy machine
- Other duties may be assigned
Preferred skills and experience:
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Customer relations & customer oriented
- Excellent organizational skills & detail orientated
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior experience in an office environment helpful. Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
General Laborer
The candidate will be responsibile for:
- Utilize manual tools
- Use the forklift to move some of the equipment in the warehouse when ready for cleaning and sanding
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Preferred Ssills and experience:
- At least 1-year experience in an industrial environment required
- Basic mechanical experience preferred
- Well organized
- Able to work without direct supervision
Industrial Mechanic
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Industrial equipment/machinery repair, pneumatics (simple), mechanical fitting and assembly
- Work in a fast-paced repair and fabrication shop environment
- Work to complete the machine projects on a daily basis
- Bolt and fit parts
- Test functions according to multi step protocols and procedures
- Replace/repair operating parts as necessary: testing motors, blowers, pulse systems, replacement of filters and parts where necessary
- Relate any new ideas and efficiency improvements to management for evaluation
Preferred skills and experience:
- Basic industrial mechanical understanding is required
- Must possess good technical skills; be flexible and adaptable to change
- Able to work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Industrial machinery mechanical skills
- Demonstrated skills with standard hand and power tools
- Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license
Tube Tech – Industrial Mechanic
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintenance of the tube working machines
- Rework hydraulic valves and cylinders on machinery; add new parts
- Tear down and reassembly of tube working machinery
- Test functions of tube working machinery and replace/repair operating parts as necessary
- Forklift driving/moving of machinery as necessary
- Relating any new ideas and efficiency improvements to management for evaluation
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Preferred skills and experience:
- One to six months industrial related experience and/or training
- Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license
Electrical Panel Builder
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Building electrical panels for refurbished dust collectors
- Mounting components to panels
- Routing and bundling of wires and cables to meet wiring standards
- Troubleshooting panels to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions
Preferred skills and experience:
- Industrial electrical experience is a must
- A high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Open to challenges
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Must have basic electrical & mechanical skills
- Flexible and adapt to change
- Ability to work in a team environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology required
- Lifting parts and working with heavy tools
Electrician – Industrial Machinery
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Disassemble industrial machines and prepare for new controls
- Build and install electrical panels and enclosures
- Wire industrial devices including switches, motors, transformers, etc.
- Wire PLC and safety relays
- Run seal tight and route cables
- Operate hand tools (drilling and sawing)
- Able to work according to the prints and verbal instructions
Preferred skills and experience:
- Open to challenges
- Must have basic mechanical skills, flexible and adapt to change
- Ability to work in a team environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
