Maintenance Instructions

Ensure the area is cleaned and ready for the machine installation. Check the location to ensure the machine is located near suitable electrical power.
Before releasing the machine for production, ensure all guards, covers, and safety devices are installed or set up to meet local safety codes.
If the machine has a hydraulic oil system, be sure it is filled to a suitable level with clean oil.
Confirm the emergency STOP buttons are working properly.
If the machine is hydraulic confirm the pump and motor rotation is correct.
Perform all necessary tooling adjustments before running a cycle.
To prevent unauthorized use of the machine, switch the disconnect to the off position and lockout/tagout according to best practices.
